City-ADB Agreed to Cooperate For Regional Finance Optimization

This cooperation has a purpose to increase regional finances

Jakarta Provincial Government has an agreement with Asian Development Bank (ADB) regarding regional finance optimization.

Signing of Collective Agreement and Cooperation Agreement is done by Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah together with ADB Indonesian Representative Head, Winfried F. Wicklein.

City Encouraged to Improve Orderly Administration of Asset and Financial Management

Saefullah mentioned, all City potentials are needed to increase regional finance and run development programs according to RPJMD 2017-2022 as long as it is in accordance with regulation and law.

"This cooperation has a purpose to increase regional finances, including tax modernization and municipal bond issuance," he conveyed at City Hall, Thursday (7/19).

For information, City is targeting total City Budget 2022 to reach Rp 115.16 trillion which is increased by 36.40 percent compared to the revised City Budget Draft 2018 estimation.

Meanwhile, economic growth in 2022 is projected to reach around 7 percent with total inflation rate of 3.4 percent.
